Based on their work performance and personality, Highsun Group consequently offers proper orientation and a better crescive environment for a rapid growth of management talents and more fresh blood into the group spannning development. Meanwhile, through rotation internship and continuous collision of ideas, problems during the corporate running business can be disclosed.     Composition: Trainees+Guiders+Supervisors+Tainers+Administration+Advisors
    1)Trainees: Excellent new graduation employees and internal selected ones that are qualified with management potential.
    2)Guiders: Outstanding previous trainees, undertaking the whole training schemes to instruct new trainees.
    3)Supervisors: Leaders from all important group departments, undertaking the instructions for trainees to finish subject research as well as the arrangement and guidance of trainees’ daily work.
    5)Administration: undertaking general daily arrangements for Youth Training Academy; Connecting all departments, all branch companies to provide logistical support and what the academy in need of.
    6)Advisors: Chairman Chen as the general counsel, with strong team advisors consisting of all vice executive general managers, division vice general managers from group companies, to provide the academy with comprehensive cousultation and instructions.
